M/S/C denotes motion made, seconded and carried. The names following M/S/C in parenthesis denote the persons who made the motion and seconded.
Call to Order and Opening Prayer. The meeting was called to order at 12:12 p.m. The purpose of this meeting was to elect the Junior Warden. Rev. Deb reminded the Vestry that while the Senior Warden is appointed by the Rector, the Junior Warden, referred to as “The People’s Warden,” is elected by the Vestry on behalf of parishioners. She then asked if there were any nominations for Junior Warden. Amelia Brooks nominated Shannon Kleinschmit. Amy Eudy seconded the nomination. Shannon accepted the nomination. Reverend Deb asked if there were any other nominations. Hearing none, a vote was called and Shannon was elected unanimously to serve as Junior Warden for the 2022 Vestry year.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:17 p.m.
