The people of Grace seek simply to love our neighbors by attending to their needs and sharing our time, treasure and talent with them. We have several avenues for accomplishing this.

The Outreach Committee

The Outreach Committee meets several times throughout the year to plan and organize support for programs in the community, such as Winter Nights (a family shelter program), Hope Solutions (housing solutions and support), Monument Crisis Center (family resource center), Loaves and Fishes (meals for the hungry and homeless), Homeless Action Coalition, C.O.R.E. (Coordinated Outreach Referral and Engagement, a program of Contra Costa Housing and Homeless Services). For more information contact our Deacon Walter Ramsey.
